To all families that have a pup from one of our lines:

Many thanks to all who have gotten their treasured pup from our family.  We would enjoy sharing special moments with you, and would like input as to the development and sociability of your sweet darling.  Hearing of any special mannerisms or anecdotes would be lovely, as well as if you've been able to train them for something unusual.

Also, if you are having any challenges, maybe one of the "family" can share a remedy or refer for a service they may have had success with.
